in order to use the smtp4dev u need to disable this line in php.ini

;SMTP = smtp.gmail.com ;smtp_port = 587

;sendmail_path = "C:\wamp64\bin\sendmail\sendmail.exe -t"

then restart wamp and open smtp4dev
